Documentation
Corporate records, ownership information, financial statements, project materials, financing details, appraisals, contracts and other supporting evidence relevant to the mandate.
We handle sensitive project, sponsor and investor information with care. Our process is designed to support credible review, protect confidential materials and reduce avoidable execution risk.
Our practices are informed by institutional financing, lender underwriting and transaction due-diligence standards. Requirements vary by mandate and counterparty.
Before we introduce an opportunity to a lender, investor or strategic counterparty, we work with the client to organize the information, identify material gaps and present the mandate in a form appropriate for preliminary review.
We request only what is reasonably relevant to the assignment. Additional documentation may be required as diligence advances.
Corporate records, ownership information, financial statements, project materials, financing details, appraisals, contracts and other supporting evidence relevant to the mandate.
We may request identification, beneficial ownership information and evidence that the individuals instructing us are authorized to act for the sponsor, borrower or investment entity.
We assess the stated purpose, structure, timing, capital requirement, material counterparties and available supporting information before deciding how an opportunity should proceed.
Where appropriate, we review the identity, role and apparent mandate of lenders, investors, introducers and other counterparties before sensitive information is circulated.
Information is handled on a need-to-know basis and shared only for a legitimate transaction purpose, subject to client direction, appropriate consent and applicable confidentiality expectations.
We look for inconsistencies, unexplained intermediaries, altered documents, unusual payment requests and changes to banking instructions. Material concerns may pause or end our involvement.
We do not treat an email, messaging-app instruction or document as conclusive merely because it appears familiar. Material changes—including banking instructions, ownership information or authorized contacts—should be independently confirmed through an established channel.
Clients should never send passwords, access codes or complete payment credentials through a general website form. When additional sensitive material is required, we will provide appropriate submission instructions.
AMPE Global Advisory is not a bank, law firm, accounting firm or regulatory authority. Our review supports advisory and transaction preparation; it does not constitute legal, tax, audit, compliance or investment advice, and it does not guarantee financing or investment.
Provide the core transaction details first. We will advise what additional documentation is appropriate if the opportunity proceeds.
